This is a little dated but one of the best testing that has been done to date. I worked with ConEd on the first run of this and they took this so far. They have really worked on protecting their workers. There has been hundred's of thousands of tests since this but most of the testing didn't use these real set ups. The blankets were really improved by the ConEd testing and we now have ASTM F2676 which has standardized these blankets. Hats off to ConEd!
