Well.. it's Akihiko Usami and Hiroki Kamijou then they were in school. It's just story about the past and how they've met.

And Akihiko is lover of Misaki, not brother.

There are three couples - 1. Akihiko Usami x Misaki Takahashi, 2. Nowaki Kusama x Hiroki Kamijou, 3. Shinobu x Miyagi /they are not animated yet/.

In this episode it's a story aout two of them, who now each other since childhood, but they are not toghether!! Usami-sensei was Hiroki's unrequited love before he met Nowaki!
