@harrisonconstantinou Yes it was,the CBC was going to be a major benefactor of the proposed fees,and they are a government corporation(although they think they aren't),it would indeed be a tax increase.The CBC welfare bums in this video live off of tax money and were all for the increase in cable bills.Canadians who really don't watch the CBC because it has little to offer said NO THANK-YOU....

@harrisonconstantinou There was a movement by some of the cable giants for an extra charge for their delivery of certain stations.This money was to be put into a pool to help out loser stations (CBC). CBC would have gotten a huge chunk of this cash and since they are a government owned corporation it was indeed to be a tax increase.Of course all the actors in this video are CBC welfare bums who could not get by without the MotherCorp taking care of them.Canadians said NO to new taxes,that's all
