  • Yes. If you search DS40 on our website you will see a print catcher for $35.

  • I watch this video once a week. These are on my wish list. Do these printers work with aperture 3 program. I do event photo printing, I operate off of my MacBook pro.

  • @505eastern there are Mac drivers for OS 10.5 and 10.6

  • Hello,

Yes, the DNP printers are high-duty printers. In fact, they were designed for DNP's photo kiosks which can easily handle 100 prints per day. They are far less expensive than a "mini-lab" type of printer, however, the trade-off is the cost per print is higher.

    I hope this information helps.

  • Hello,

Ronnie didn't adjust the image for an 8x10. This is a quick fix in Darkroom Software which is the program he is using to print in this video. Please contact us with any questions - 800-342-9294

  • If you bought your printer from Imaging Spectrum, call us at 800-342-9294 and we'll hook you up with one.

  • By large, I mean, deep, and deep enough to stack 400 prints in numerical order.

    Not what I'm seeing.

If I buy the printer, I guess I'll have to design and build a print stacker.

  • @cowboystuff2002

There is another tray you could use, the DNP DS80 printer has a large capacity tray and it fits on the DS40 printer. If you are interested please give us a call (800)-342-9294. Thanks (Ronnie McAdams)

  • I see a catch tray like in the video, but that won't work.

    Is there another print catcher?

I currently have a Sony UPDR150 and a bulk catcher that's about 18 inches long and can catch 300, 400 or 500 prints. My Sony's on the fritz, with constant 'Check Ribbon" warnings.

  • Does the DS40 have a bulk print stacker to catch, say 400 prints, keeping them in order, without standing there watching it print at an event?

  • can this cut 4x6's in half for the photobooth strips?

  • I like the fact that the image is self contained until it comes out. I have seen some where the images comes out and back in, but if your onlocation out side this can cause dirt to get on the heads. This is a perfect solution for that problem.

  • @mtetcher the image is cut off because of the print ration in Express digital darkroom. When in the program it shows you the crop lines on each print. to avoid this just do prints individually and adjust accordingly.
