Yeah, but that was 2 years ago. ive seen a lot of outsourcing companies that involves outbound.but after 2007 i only saw a few companies, most specially in the jobfair.

Dude, it's a company protocol not to mention the location of the call center and the agent you talked to was just doing his job... The protocol requires us to appear/sound "american" to our american customers. It's actually the managers saying "tell them you're coming from Little Rock, Arkansas, or some other far-flung areas of the States!" If you watched Slumdog Millionaire,u can see that the agents there were also being trained to sound as if they are Americans/British...
