Listen in as Gerry Oginski, an experienced NY medical malpractice lawyer practicing law in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Long Island, Nassau, Suffolk & Staten Island describes what happened when an eyelid surgery goes terribly wrong. The patient went for a consultation for an unrelated problem and at the end of the visit was convinced to have a lid lift.

For more information go to http://www.oginski-law.com or call Gerry personally at 516-487-8207.

  • i actully wanna see what she turned out like not in a mean way but to see how bad it is

  • @mynails4life It wasn't pretty. It was very disturbing and my client is not proud of the way she looks now. That's not the kind of photos she'd like posted online. It certainly does not show her in her best light.

  • This is a good option for those who are not able to wear contact lenses or do LASIK. There is a non surgical method called AOK that may also work well. For Nearsighted parents, keep in mind that AOK is great for Kids also, and studies show it can slow or stop the progression of nearsightedness.

  • dam dry eye putting drops in yr eye every 30mins or less :Lx

  • @lawmed1 Good! My goodness i wouldnt imagine myself goin thru that patients situation. i cant. wouldnt. omg. horrible!

  • @DCMACollectives The doctor voluntarily gave up his license to practice. He no longer is practicing medicine.

  • @lawmed1 What kinda doctor would do such a thing? Are you able to give out the doctors name incase someone in NY does happen to occur in her type of situation and warn them? Or clearly confidential? Man, my sympathy goes out to her. Indeed. :(

  • Is not just the state of NY, it's in NC as well. Why is it so hard to hard the surgeons responsible for elective surgery?

I am a victim of a breast implants and lipo gone wrong. If you know of an attorney here in High Point, NC that will fight for what is right, please send me his/her contact. I have contacted well over 60 attorneys who advertise malpractice, but want touch breast implants.

  • @Bricearoo1992 yeah...skin grafts or eyelid retraciton
