ive been trrying them on the trampoline and i started twisting to the right insead of the left. and it seemed to help. although i can only do halfs.. lol

wow. that was so good!
im working my full, but when i do the back layout and i turn my head to my shoulder to twist and do the arm thingey to help rotate, i dont twist...any tips?

i'm not a certified tumbling coach, but i think you should just practice twisting on a trampoline. jump up, pull your arms in and your head down, whichever way you're twisting. also practice twisting both ways to figure out which is more comfortable for you. don't let anyone tell you which way you should twist. i know a girl who had a full twisting to the left and her coach told her she would get a double easier if she started twisting to the right. this girl lost her full and never got more...
