geeksquad from a long time ago I admit was a good service, now that they are with bestbuy, ive had the worst customer experience ive ever had. I took my computer to them 6 times to fix 1 faulty hard drive. their diagnostics, i needed a new motherboard and they were about to charge me 600 dollars for a 150 dollar board! I now go to my local computer repair shop who i can feel comfortable to give my computer to.
Serve the public- lie
and I feel sorry for their workers. must be horrible

think of it this way...if they sucked that bad...how did they get everywhere? im gona here (cuz best buy is stoopid) that really isnt an answer and best buy is great though the work force can be worked on :S
