well, theres no doubt in my mind oil companies will try to stop this technology from breaking loose, but there's only so much they can do. if they had the power to stop the entire world from creating breakthroughs in technology, then they'd have the power to take over the world. I think they've done something to prevent water powered cars from being driven on the streets already, but they can't stop it forever.
