Why don't you use Cakewalk? I found Pro tools and Cubase to be very difficult to navigate thru.. Good stuff for a pro who's only function in life is to sit there and act like a smart ass. Since nobody else knows where the hell everything is in some of these overly complecated programs.

@TheMACcar Nothing wrong with Cakewalk, but there's a reason (really lots of reasons) it's not the standard. If it's working for you, great! The reality is that software alone, is really becoming a way of manipulating what the hardware is delivering you. You can make great things happen in just about any software package so long as your analog signal path, and your converters/interfaces are all of professional quality.

Forums are not for bashing. Never saw this as an opportunity to bash. It was my opinion on this hyped program and nothing more. Been around for too long to knwo what is what. So U see, there is a reason Y' I don't use it to produce.

@girotube Look man, we don't get the impression, you are one of these guys that are going around and bashing our videos for no reason- if that was the case, we'd just block you, end of story. We don't mind engaging in these kinds of conversations if that's what you want to do. That being said, the purpose of this video is to discuss the new features of Pro Tools, that's it. It's not a forum for ProTools bashing for those that want to do that, nor is it ProTools propoganda. Trying to help...

The video is about PT and thats what I comment about. Your tone still sound condescending. so maybe try not to get upset when CUSTOMERS comment their dislike about this software in question.

This is not a forum so if you feel annoyed, then remove the comment option. If you pay close attention I have always had a good comment on PS videos till I find this one that has nothing to do with U!
