This was my attempt at the maximum weight for one rep for a barbell bicep curl.

@omw123 Yes I will definitely try heavier next time for the curl. I will most likely not do another show in Toronto. The next show I would like to compete in either this year or next year would be the physique contest in South Carolina.

@girlflexfan Cooking is decent. I love cooking korean food, marinatedd spare ribs, noodle dishes and I absolutely love to bake cakes and cookies, as for eating them, well, my family gets to enjoy it!
