It's pretty good; a huge amount of tips and advice for variations, styling and technique, easy to understand and clearly demonstrated by Carla - and she is excellent at the teaching side of it. As she says, practice this stuff alone first then with a partner. I've been dancing for 7 years and I found a wealth of new stuff on this DVD but there is also plenty for beginners. The downside: nothing major really, for the money.
