@imopman I certainly agree except that it's not a democracy but a Republic, or at least it began that way. Benjamin Franklin said it was "A Republic, IF you can keep it" for he knew the danger of government and political hacks becoming able to buy votes with tax dollars, etc. While I may or may not agree with the politics of these folks, that doesn't matter. They have every right to speak their peace, or at least it WAS that way till our Constitution & Bill of Rights went through the shredder.RN

this is going on all around the country police have said we dont need a warrant we are the police and we do what we want to do.now that being said what can people do [call a cop] freedom is know more in this country we live in a police state and police make up the laws they want to put in place.we have to learn to live with it if we dont then firing squads will be taking place in this country germany said it couldn't happen but it did to them.police have taken over this country its over for us.

The only reason its not martial law is it was still preformed by local law enforcement. But it's as close you can get on a local level without declaring martial law. The fact is they entered personal property held everyone with advanced weapons, treated them with arrest if they leave and all this without a proper warrant or no warrant. SWAT teams will not make a decision like this without a higher office involved, either higher in the police department or local government.

It's a controled raid. They knew they where form the meadia and might have video cameras recording. If this was known other than that, then it would have been a raid.

Most police department will not take the liability and would force the local or state government to make that decision.

@mark86442 this is nothing like martial law. Trust me. They werent really Raided so to speak. Some were just questioned and arrested. When they raid you. They have ten swat members charge through your windows and doors with M16's and blinding lights shining in your face, they secure you and proceed to destroy your house from the inside. Then they arrest you or just take your stuff and let you go. This is not a raid.
