@singingcowboy674 Actually it fits all the more, the Jesus is u and I who are all sinners, but not fallen, but at a beginning state, not a fall....as u follow the example laid out in the Gospels, the gnostic writers following the protocols of Constantine to not be historically accurate, gave u a code or story that shows u what to do to become a Jesus urself....for otherwise Jesus and Christ are tiles, and not a name in either case....there was nobody at that point in time named Jesus Christ

@parousia555 You are right when you say there was noone by the name Jesus, because Jesus is a loose and I mean verly loosely translated name for Yeshua. Christ derives from Christos (greek) which is the actual title which is translated to Messiah. Yeshua hammashiach (Jesus Christ or Jesus the Messiah)

@parousia555 Jesus Christ, Yahushua HaMaschiach was a man of example. Christ being God, knew the power of acting out an example as to how you want others to do. Man learns something much quicker if he is explained something AND SHOWN AN EXAMPLE of how to do the thing requested of him. The brain makes connections and builds bridges faster, and in greater number if someone is shown and taught verbally more than one simply instructed.
