@foxgods77 LOL no the old Interceptor 1000 topped out at about 146mph. I should know I owned one...unless you are talking 180/km then yes you are correct.
My VFR800 should top out at about 150-155mph.

my vfr does 158 and i got FMF Apex slip ons and PC3 she stills struggles to pull 6th gear, but i figure a toro charger will solve that

@HunterXray also for the MAJOR PLUS of power that most people don't think about...in 84 the e.p.a. was NO WHERE near as strict on enforcing that bull crap as they are now xP

@HunterXray It has before xP its a hell of an experence to go that fast....it makes 105 in the sunfire seem SOOO PAINFULLY slow...for the record, I LOVE the fact that IL state police won't follow motorcycles because of liability reasons...UNFORTUNATLY >.< supposidly the State Police are talking about ditching their lame old harleys & increasing motorcycle cop numbers...as well as using high speed sport/touring bikes...it'd be cheaper and faster that what they have & = pulling over more bikers

top speed for the 98 vfr80fi is 150mph faster than 130 mydude smh

LOLif it's only doing 130 then it's gotta be weak or something, I have a vintage 1984 1000cc interceptor that does 180 easy, maybe it's camera angle or elctronically limited bike,but a bike casrring the interceptor name should be able to eat up most any other bike on the road
