To all the people who keep saying this is not from top of the pops; the insert is; and this was used by Doctor Who and then the beeb wiped it. It's not in the totp studio; it was a specially filmed insert for totp. Yes that's different from 66 when the lads appeared in the totp studio to do Paperback Writer/Rain.

I remember seeing this when it was first broadcast on Dr Who. Pity the clip ends before the Doctor's comment at the end of the TOTP clip. He said: "I didn't know they played classical music." Eee lad, it were good growing up the 1960s.

Lennon hits a Bminor on: Ri-hi-hide at 0:41?? If you listen carefully,George must be playing a variation(s) of it. Are there any Beatles cover musicians who know the exact chord(s)sequence on that part?

@ngt81 This is a clip from totp; it was an insert the Beatles did; then Dr Who used it.

@sebas71 It was a clip from TOTP that was latter put in an episode of Doctor Who. Because that episode of TOTP has since been wiped by then BBC, that clip on that Dr. Who episode is all that remands of The Beatles performance.
