I like it, and like many of the bands songs it's open to interpretation just as any form of art. Not sure if it's about his sis or not & I don't really care, it doesn't take away from the beauty of this simple song. Sugar will, black jack, pay for what you get; they are all musically, simple songs but lyrically they are complex, and open to interpretation; my 2 cents.
