@marek0086 that's one view for sure - I think that for some people raw fruit is great - the problem here is that every body's body is different - I don't like to make sweeping statements - I dont do well on raw fruit its tough on MY system - if you can handle raw fruit more power to ya! enjoy! some ayervedic practitioners like cooked fruits over raw - its an interesting debate - one that I really don't want to be a part of - I encourage you all to see what works for YOU :) I LOVE these apples

COOKED Apple is NOT HEALTHY!!!
Cooked ANY fruit is not healthy!. Why?.... because when u cook a fruit, the heat kills the enzymes, and all you're left with is a A LOT of Sugar (Fructose). Enzymes are there to "break up" the fruit in your body in such a way so that your body can absorb it properly.... for NUTRITION. When you cook a fruit, you are CHANGING it, and it becomes UNHEALTHY (unless you use all that sugar for energy for exercise / sport).
