I wish I could have made it in the morning for the paddle-out, but it was nice to get over on my motorcycle at lunchtime to see just how much support SAS/ABBA had on the day. Well done everyone who participated.

But no reply etc, (not that I thought I would get one or even wanted one as what would getting a letter full of lie's back done?)....any way everyone should take the time to write one letter and send it to the PM, local water board (if they are bad) and local MP every month. I know it seem's like a waste of time but how can anyone sit back and watch our beaches and wildlife die?? we have the best and most beautiful beaches in the world around this country! why ruin them?...PLEASE STOP!!!!!

Yeah man!!! good to see the hard work is still going strong! I remember joining SAS for the first time when I was around 11,( 1991 ish) because I lived and surfed in Porthtowan Cornwall and the state of the beach was normally pretty bad. I went back to Porthtowan 2 years ago for the first time in over a decade and it was worse than I had ever seen it...there must have been over a million tampax tube's just washed up on the beach!, no exaggeration. I wrote a letter to South west water and the PM
