Carbon Dioxide is part of the life cycle and is NOT pollution. CO2 does not cause smog . Other particulates in the air do. C02 is pumped into greenhouses so that plants can flourish. CO2 is exhaled every time you breath. It is NOT A GOOD IDEA TO TAX CO2. CO2 is not the problem. If we tax anything we should tax the problem... all the other particulates and toxic gases released into the air.
