  • Well I'm not sure what YOU are trying to do here . Your "p0Pe' prays with and esteems false religions all the time . At Assisi he DID NOT tell anyone they must convert or burn . Nope he wished them well and esteemed them as "good"

He says the Scismatic Eastern Orthodox are IN THE CHURCH and the SECOND EQUAL LUNG of the church ! He sign "agreements" with Lutherans and goes to Martain Luther day in Germany and esteemed Martain Luther ..lol wake up ! Thou art a fool !

  • @Davemustang2600 Is she NOT the Mother of God?? does she not deserve your respect? "To honor saints and pray to them takes away Christ the High Priest"? SERIOUSLY????

You don't know anything about what you're saying, do ya, Davey?

  • Reformation Day celebrating Martin Luther is celebrated on Oct 31, Beltane, and Halloween. Coincidence ? I wonder who really inspired the so called 'reformation'? Anybody care to answer ? . . . . . .

  • the jews in jamnia? so what? the jews in Jerusalem killed Jesus. the jews tried to kill every prophet that was sent to them.

There is a coherent theme that runs from Genesis to Revelations. It is unbroken. And line upon line and precept upon precept and fulfilled prophecy are the credibility of the Bible.

The only book that perhaps could have been added was the Book of Enoch. It wasnt because its content was controversial according to early Bible scholars.

But it lines up with the rest.

  • @aboyfromrome

No the Bible came from the Spirit of God who moved on certain men as they were chosen by God to write according to His Mind; His Plans and Purposes for man.

Theres NO proof that Thomas wrote a gospel. Furthermore, the book of Thomas contains contradictions that stray away from the Gospels and the Epistles. Thats why its not in the Bible. There is no book of Mary Magdalene. That was proven a falsehood long ago.

  • @Davemustang2600 so why don't you bilieve in the gospel of thomas, or in the gospel of maria magdalena or the gospel of peter or the apocalips of sant paul?...(and so on)...who is telling you that the new testament is the word of God...

the jews in jamnia said that the word of God must be writen in hebrew, so the deauterocanonical books are not inspired and the new testament is a blasfemy for them...where is the autority? only the bible? sorry...the bible dosen't come from the sky like a star

  • If the Catholic Church was simply off in things like the number of wise men who came to find the baby Jesus or how many disciples Jesus actually had with him in life then thats of no consequence to doctrine. But to set Mary up as some divine mother of God is blasphemy. To honor saints and pray to them takes away from Christ the High Priest, Our Advocate, and Intercessor. For only Christ was worthy to obey unto the death of the cross. Only He sits at the right Hand of God. None else.

  • How could it possibly be apostolic and not Biblical?

Jesus was the Word and the early apostles walked with the Word

and witnessed the Word everyday for 3 years. Pauls letters were given

their authority through the call and divine destiny on Pauls life.

My only wish is to see those that are bound in Catholicism and all its traditions and doctrines to come into the FULL knowledge of Christ. Youll never come into the full knowledge of Christ until you lay down the weights of error.

  • No i give thanks to God for the Bible.

Its a true thing of marvel that Damaso had the Bible printed but lacked the presence of mind to comprehend and it apply it in a way that Christ could be revealed and God could be glorified. I know there are Catholics who are true christians and i know christians who have left the Catholic Church because they

desire Christ as He is in the Word of God. My only wish is that the Catholic Church would lay down unbiblical tradition that doesnt exalt Christ.

  • @Davemustang2600 the autority in the primitive church was apostolic not biblical..

we have the bible....just from the begining of the 5 sentury ....we can't hide the light of the sun whit a finger...if you have the new testament and all the bible....give thanks to a pope (Damaso) and to catolics bishops.....they gatered in the council of hippo in 397...and they declare which books are truly ispiried from God and which not...so give thanks to the catholic church if you have a bible...my friend
