@fuzycheese: I didn't realize the Constitution was intended to cover NON-CITIZENS, which is what AZ1070 is trying to stop...the influx of more illegal non-citizens. Dems weren't always as socialistic as they are today. As a Hispanic US CITIZEN I have no issue with being asked to provide ID AFTER I've been pulled over for a traffic violation. You people don't understand that I can't just be stopped because I "look Mexican". I have to be stopped for another violation first.

Does anyone else notice how Obama often looks arrogant when he points his nose up? He really thinks he is smarter than anyone else. In reality he is nothing more than an elite puppet serving the banksters and the rest of the 0,001%.

@Andy152R Yes, you're right the majority voted for Obama. The college students played a large roll in the last election. Professors and high school teachers often influence our young citizens. I definitely can't stand Romney or Obama, yet 1 of the 2 will be winning our next election. Ron Paul will never get the nomination, because both parties know the money train will stop. The Fed would kill him shortly after inaugeration. Sadly Ron Paul is the only honest politician left.

@you831able Oh trust me, I agree with you that Obama is a dumbass! I just think Maher calls it like it is. It doesn't take a genius or rocket scientist to figure out that our country is full of morons whether they be creationists or uneducated at all. Look who the majority voted for. It speaks for itself. Hell, Obama can't even pronounce Navy Corpsman correctly. That's an embarrassment to my military service under his presidency. I am extremely disappointed in this country these days.

...and the last time I was pulled over for speeding here in AZ, I had to show my proof of insurance AND my driver's license (post SB1070 passing). I didn't feel "profiled". Talk about scare tactics..."this law will enable law enforcement to pull you over for looking Mexican"....simply silly. What the media doesn't show you is the large number of Hispanic citizens that are FOR SB1070...cuz that takes away from the scare tactics the liberal media likes to impose.

@metzger90: That's the problem, when people make comments like "the Constitution is meaningless" it only serves to enable those in power to usurp the limitations it establishes. The Constitution puts into writing what is expected of our leaders so that "word of mouth" doesn't become the rule of law. The Constitution grants us the right and path to restitution as citizens when leaders violate its content...
