FEAR 3 on Radeon HD 4650

Yet another late-comer. I must hasten my pace at once to match the timing of my videos to coincide with the games' release. 'Nyways, FEAR 3 does not seem to take offence at any graphical setting except 'Shadows' which I have to ease the antagonism, pulled down to 'High'. The game is running at 1440*900 resolution with an average of 30 FPS. My PC SPECS:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66 Ghz
KIngston 2GB DDR2-667Mhz RAM
XFX Radeon HD 4650 1GB GDDR2

P.S: I desperately wanted to film a footage of Fettel's eccentric supernatural powers, henceforth my choice for the playable character in the video.
