So what I want to do is:
monday: squats, bench presses, bent over rows
Tuesday: Spartacus 2.0
Wednesday: squats, military presses, dead lifts
Thursday: Spartacus 2.0
Friday: squats, bench presses, bent over rows
Saturday: Spartacus 2.0
Sunday: rest
Not sure if this would be too much or not.

I'm currently doing a 5x5 heavy compound lifts routine 3 times a week (squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bent over rows, and military presses). Would it be a bad idea to do this routine as well on the days I am not doing my strength building routine?

Superb workout. Works my entire body, gives me one heck of a cardiovaskular exercise. After only 2 times per week during 3-4 weeks (together with good nutrition of course) I noticed a huge difference. I could perform much better both strength- and stamina-wise. And it seemed to burn heaps of bodyfat.
All in 46 minutes and you can do it at home with very little equipment.

where do you get the weights you use?

@60DayswithNatJones Wow, that is alot more than I thought. I guess I'm just not working out as hard as I should be. Do you have any suggestions about alternating between the orignal workout and this one?

whats a good weight for this work out and i see the sound track is out now
hey, i'm 17 i weigh about 198. if you see one of my latest bmx videos u'll notice i have sort of a big gut. haha. in the latest video i was about 212 pounds and now i've been doing the spartacus workout for about 1 month and now like i said i'm 198. i noticed i gained some arm and leg muscle and my gut has gotten a little smaller. but is there any way to speed this process up or do i just keep doing what i'm doing. also is whey protein and casein necessary?

@14yearoldxboxfan To speed up the process go on a junk food / soda free diet. Eat non processed foods stay away from refine sugar and eat 6-7 small meals a day. Check out Body for Life.

What is the average time this whole circuit exercise takes? I have no more then one hour to workout but also want a full body a** kicking. I am in decent shape right now, but want that ripped body. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
