Watch the vid until the end... I WAS SO WRONG ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG... I'll have to post pics of the gears I removed after this... The Destruction was EPIC...

The problem was not caused by the battery(LIPO), it was the Hop Up Springs fault... Somehow, the Hop Up Spring came loose and founds its way into the GB.... YUP, that is right, the Spring was in the gear box..... When I opened the GB, there is was, looking at me like a baby who just wet themselves.. to prevent this from happening again, I glued a replacement spring on the Hop Up.... But I think I will try the Oring Mod for this now, the Spring does not seem to work well and now the gun will not feed correctly.. I have 2 weeks to get this thing working again.. Big Event in April.... Check my Radiant Spear Vid for Details.

  • Why would you wanna do that to a poor echo 1 buy a G&P or something if you want igh speed to last

  • @ovandolah14 Check my other vids.... Please...

  • Shwel my motor is getting hot too. The last match i had the gun would shoot full auto then id let go and it would still do it. And then it would shoot full in safety and semi auto. And like i said the motor was insanely hot as well as the battery and the battery gave out.. Any ideas?

  • @TeamHOGZairsoft that sounds like a short in the wiring or a ffailureally in the trigger switch.you will certainly need to go into the gearbox or a tech into the gearbox. Sorry to hear this bro.

  • Hey dude,

Recently opend up my GB, cleaned all the messy shit inside, cleaned it, replaced the spring (downgrade, since 360fps is limit in my country)

When I put my gun back together, everything was fine, and after a while, it made the exact same sound as yours, this *krrrr* sound..

Found out 3 tooth of my spur gear broke off. What could cause this? Wrong ammount of shimmings? I worked fine for about 100 rounds, then it broke down..

  • @LofAndPies Yes you are correct. The shimming is the number one reason for that kind of failure. When you shim a gun, it will indeed work for a while even if the shimming is wrong.. In some cases if it is shimmed too tight, it wont spin at all.. When shimming you should have a little side to side movement on the gears still, very little movement, but movement. This is a good sign that they are not too tight.

  • nice dog

  • or a vfc

  • 2:15 ahahahahahahahahaha

  • was your motor too far out? Ive seen the adjustment nut vibrate out from the gearbox cycling until the motor is workign extra hard (causing more heat) then eventually just squeeling because its not even grabbing the bevel gear anymore

  • Yeah it was a new gun too of well got to use it 3 times at least. Could it be because of the battery? Or what generaly causes overheating?

  • Ouch. DONT DRY FIRE IT LIKE THAT SHWELL !!!!

It made me flinch every time he did that lol hahaha
