If nothing happened to him and Reggie Lewis the celtics would have maybe been the team of the 90's or at least shared the name with Jordans Bulls. If neither of them die do the bulls win 6 titles?

he made the steal and jammed it backwards, unbelievable

@bday6262 Reggie Lewis and Bias would never have played on the same team. If Bias played they wouldn't have drafted him considering they played similar positions. Bias death really cheated the Celtics a few years in terms of dominance. He was suppose to have allowed McHale and Bird more resting time on the bench so they would have played longer. It was suppose to have been a smoother transition. It would have affect Pistons run and most certainly the Bulls run, Cleveland etc.

Son of a bithchin drugs. God I hate them. They have taken more people from us than war. Kids please watch and learn...DRUGS get you no where in this life but in the grave. Learn from this and learn from Len. God rest your soul Len.

dang! that's unreal... it's like he's on drugs or stimulants!?!?

Damn, what a play!! LOL at Warren Martin under the basketball during the reverse dunk lmao
-
Not only did he cary the whole program but teams totally built their defenses around stopping him and still could rarely do it. He was an amazing player-one of the best ever.

there is always a possibilty that a player can flop
-
i see your point, that all we can do is speculate b/c no one knows the future. but i'm saying, there is no way he would have flopped, UNLESS he got hurt. even in todays game where everyone is athletic, he would have been one of the MOST athletic guys in the league. can you imagine him playing with the guys in the 80's? he would have been a man amongst boys. or an athletic black man against slow white guys .. you can pick your analogy
-
u missing my point know one knows how good he would of been in the pros..
-
there have been some good college players who ended up being flops for whatever reason, yes. but how many GREAT college players have been? how many of the BEST EVER have been? the odds were very much in his favor, barring some sort of injury, that he would make it big in the pros.
-
there have been a lot of good college players who ended up being flops for different reason in every sport.. like i said know one knows what would of happen
That should have been an And 1. Warren Martin clearly undercut Bias on the dunk and it wasn't called.

packfanstk, wasn't Len Bias close friends with Chris Wasburn?? I heard someone mentioned that Len Bias was suspended for a game against North Carolina State during the 1985-1986 season because he was hanging out with C.Washburn before the game.
I can see from your profile that your an N.C.State fan, sorry I had to bring up Chris Washburn. I know N.C.State fans do not think highly of C.Washburn.

Bias and Washburn were friends I believe, but I can't say anything beyond that as I do not personally know any more. I was at State while Wash was there, but didn't hang out with him. We think highly of Wash as a player, but his character was suspect as we all know. I really love how all the Tar Hole fans rag on him and State as if Dean wasn't recruiting him as well. They now lie and say he wasn't. Yeah, we took him, but 350 other schools, including UNC would have too if they could have got him.
