Advanced Shoulder Spine /Back Stretching on the Pole

Hi all, was stretching and decided to video some of my advanced shoulder stretches I do. Been seeing some improvement in my back bending ability, I can now get into my more difficult pose really easily or with very little warm up time. Wow that's amazing! Great video! Do you ever get injuries in your back? I've been training for quite some time now but can't imagine my back ever being able to bend like that! Keep posting..! :D
