OCCUPY VANCOUVER Evolving Basis of Unity

Vancouver BC Canada - On October 15, 2011, a General Assembly was held on the Vancouver Art Gallery north square at 10:00am. After much discussion on protocol and communications, the meeting concluded at 12:07pm. Then speakers on a list were able to address assembly. At approximately 1:30pm, a march through the downtown started. It is estimated that some 8882 people participated. The General Assemby was to continue at 7:00pm at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
