I love alternative historical fiction. In addition to escalating the first World War and directly causing the events of the third game, you could also argue that Nicolai indirectly caused (or exacerbated) every major historical conflict following WWI, including his original goal of having the Romanovs overthrown. So I guess he was a rather successful villain across the board, save for the whole, y'know, dying part. xD

@Raximus3000 'Lost Odyssey' is pretty close to SHC but it was released only on X360. If you get a chance you should definitely give it a shot. A great RPG as well.

@Raximus3000 I know what you're saying though. That game is WEIRD. Covenant is closest to traditional RPGs in Shadow hearts series and you can't go wrong with it.

@Raximus3000 Personally I couldn't live without SH3. It doesn't have Yuri or a good storyline but it does have one of the best battle systems ever and best music right after SH1. On top of that it's the funniest JRPG EVER.
