another way to kill the guy with the dog is when he goes into the photo shoot room, climb up onto the top level where all the lighting is up the ladder (ladder is located right beside the room with a video tape kind of behind a wall) the set a mine on the lighting, it will give you an option to place bomb. when he enters and stands there he will be there for about 10 - 15 seconds than blow the mine.
