Bon vidéo Romain même si tes explications sont un peu confuses et qu'il n'y a pas d'explications physiologiques (dommage)le choix des exercices et la façon de les faire est excellente. Par ailleurs tu ne sembles pas prêter d'importance aux étirements alors que c'est super important.
n'hésite pas a me contacter si tu as besoin d'infos sur le sujet
