Mr. Kevin Morgan

Mr. Kevin Morgan, Program Manager for United States Africa Command's Strategic Engagement Office recently provided his observations and insights to key focus questions during Partners International Foundation's Healthy Africa Scenarios Exercise (HASE 2008). Workshop 1 was held January 2008 in Accra Ghana. Mr. Morgan's comments also address the global impact and other significance of the HASE 2008 series.
