Here's a couple: Dragonball Z Season 7; Episode 208 "Gather for the Tournament"

Its when Goku comes back from the dead for a day and meets Goten for the first time. Dragonball Z Season 9; Episode 262 "Unlucky Break"

When Goku decides to stay in Otherworld and says goodbye to Gohan (In my opinion the best time its used.)

oh yeah thats the one alright...awesome stuff there...almost brings a tear to your eye...but the moment this makes me think of along with goku saying goodbye...is also when goku meets his second son Goten for the first time...i believe it plays for a short bit during that moment...good stuff there.
