I saw you guys on "America Heart and Soul" And you are now my new all time favorite band. I love your timeless sound.
-
i love how the bassist has two diffrent basses in the video
-
@smartalecky Actually the singer and the guitarrist are pretty hot.

@clegg3179 playing New Years Eve, at middle east, cambridge, MA! See you there!

One of my favorites by them, good choice for video! Talking about their "girl songs", I like them all except "Maria Simeone" (seems half-formed & not as catchy). I'd call them hard Power Pop more than Pop Punk, Rick Springfield meets Lit, with some Van Halen thrown in. Neither is the most original music genre, but for me its all about fun & the hooks :-) And, yeah, the singer's pants are pretty funky lol

@schaibles Well, I'm gonna call them "pop-punk" because that's what they sound like. If writing songs about girls is their schtick, I won't argue with that.
-
@FlyingSagittarius They aren't punk...and Frank even said himself when they filmed their dvd that they make songs about girls. Their like "any scene in a movie." The band is big into 80's movies and they resonate in the songs

Waltham has at least four songs named after girls: Laura, Maria, Cheryl, and Joanne. Cheryl and Maria are decent, Joanne and Nicole are not very good. They sound like another generic pop-punk band.

Someone please explain the duct tape on the pants to me. I'm not being sarcastic, I'm serious.
By the way, this band is frickin' amazing.

From what I remember he used to put it on while gaffe taping the cables at his shows, and then it just became a thing. Although I could be wrong. Not sure if he still does it, the band is on a little but of a hiatus right now.

I think these guys are why local music is just as good, if not usually better, then national acts. I hope they play a live show soon.
