Beautiful Playing. I enjoy hearing the old square grands. Not a sharp and stark as the more modern sound. The tones are more blended, maybe it is just the age of the piano. I have an 1880 Emerson Square, I enjoy just playing for myself, to hear the differences in tone & strings. My piano still has most of the original strings, but it still tunes up nicely. Do you find it is a harder instrument to play, than the newer pianos? I would love to hear more of your playing on the Square.
