If you are prosecuted for researching different aspects of the Holocaust, what then? If humanity cannot evaluate in free discussion of events, then it may as well be our demise. I don't agree ANYTHING in this world is absolute. Justice itself is not even absolute. To be right or wrong is not absolute. Killing someone is not bad, it's just that society says its bad...but thats it, its just society. Most people have a very shortsighted view of Adolf Hitler and they don't understand his philosophy

You can ask Japanese people about how they view America during WW2 and they have every right to call us murderers. We can say that they attacked us first by bombing Pearl Harbor. The Japanese can say the Americans started the whole thing by cutting trade with Japan intentionally without justification and that the Japanese warned us that they would attack. There's so much more to history than anyone can imagine. There's no simple right or wrong in this world, it's just a mess of problems

History is full of perspectives. Is there anything wrong with researching history? No one is trying to deny the holocaust, the problem is that people (especially the media) jump to conclusions. Historians like to research history and find out more about what happened. We do with with the Civil War, war with England, WWI, and WW2. Many countries around the world are not in agreement of history because they have different perspectives.

I do believe that the holocaust receives undue attention in our culture - look at the millions massacred in Rwanda, Cambodia, Sudan, among others, like the 5.8 million others who died in the camps, that go overlooked. Furthermore, Palestinians were NOT responsible for the Holocaust. However, to suggest that we need more historical research to establish whether or not the holocaust even occurred spits in the faces of millions murdered in the name of racism and totalitarianism.

hooper, saddam was planning to sell oil in euro's, he gets invaded. iran is trying to sell its oil in euro's and the usa and therefore uk ar looking for a propagandic cause to start a war with iran, we are not all at fault. usa and uk caused more problems in the world than all nations put together.
