a mock of an online broadcast of BBC Radio One joining with the BBC World service to report on breaking news. Note that the studio has put together the announcements at the beginning in a hurry and made an error.

  • I think there would probably need to be an immediate threat of nuclear strike on the UK before Radio 1 would consider a simulcast feed with the World Service. Or maybe "we've just heard, Hell has frozen over"

Incidentally if it was TTS voice reading the announcement that would probably be the clearest sign that everyone has run to the shelters haha.

  • very correct, plus they would get chris moyles to cut straight to news if this is ment to be instead of jo whiley

  • that was the best im so subing u

  • I really doubt that the BBC would put vision on the internet radio broadcast. It would require too much effort, also I think that breaking news should not have a theme tune in front of it.
