Trophy Tour: Kenya included the World cup trophy route 21/09/09

The FIFA World Cup Trophy kicked off its 225-day journey in Zurich. The world soccer governing body FIFA and the Coca-Cola Company also unveiled the route of the Tour, which includes Kenya in November. The tour, which is its longest ever global tour will go to 86 countries, where fans can get a close up view of the real solid gold World Cup Trophy. The trophy will travel 134,017 kilometres and visit every nation in Africa. Later in the week, the FIFA World Cup Trophy will be flown from Zurich to its first stop in Cairo, Egypt in the build up to next year's World Cup, which takes place in South Africa.

Great Video of the WC trophy. Wish I could have seen the real one but I got a replica trophy, the big full size Scale 1:1 for $39 US. It really shines like the real gold of the REAL World Cup Trophy; I'm thinking of painting a little flag of MY nation on it like I saw the South African fan do at the first match. Looks really cool!
