I tend to agree. But most AMAZING saves are luck.
50% is the goalie and 50% is the player not being able to put the puck where it needs to go.
A lot of it has to do with the mentality of the shooter. They have a wide open net yet they only seem to shoot at the pad (Using this save as an example).
If a goalie holds his glove out in the net before you come down to shoot 5/10 the puck will go right in the glove. Just a subconscious thing, I guess.
