http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - This is our last video of Frederic Patenaude week... LOL!

We've had a great time with Frederic and Veronica and have spent hours discussing raw food nutrition, errors, positives, mistakes, benefits and also NON raw food talk. :-)

Today, Frederic continues on with our discussion on raw food mistakes and the ideal diet.

  • hey hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • OMG again!! Surfing these older videos, and am learning a lot. I have an almond and avacado habit. I hear so many good thinks about them, but I am going to try to abstain for a while to lose some weight and feel more optimum. Does Frederic work out? Seeds and nuts to a minimum or just the nuts?

  • Kevin, great interview and I agree Frederick is very reflective, he seems to have integrity and explains well what has worked for him. Thank you

  • Frederic Patenaude is a baws!!

  • @RawFitChris I completely agree with you. When Frederic first went raw and was following the 811 diet he was a bit "off" with his explanations of the benefit of a raw diet. However, I know see him as a guy who has read up and is following what his body tells him. I myself try to follow 811 but I've modified it a lot for my needs to include sprouts, fresh herbs, spirulina, limited amount of oil, and sauerkraut.

  • kevin, your personality sort of reminds me of ben stiller..in a good way! your funny :P

  • @scherryvalentine i have found the same thing.

  • I have found that eating any cooked food triggers an allergic reaction that ends up in a binge of all kinds of undesirable processed foods eventually. I wished that I could find that balance, but so far eating as raw as possible is the only thing that works for me.

  • Frederic is spot on. Instead of getting caught up in dogma he focuses on fundamentals. I relate since I followed a total plant-based diet since 1985, then raw starting in '99. Since transforming my body from 133 tp over 20o lb without steroids OR supplements and then maintaining it for 20 years vegan and ten years raw in an even more "in shape" state, I truly appreciate and support where Frederic is coming from: a place of dedication to results not dogmatic raw, vegan or ANY philosophy.

  • @purewonka Right. The only people who believe that cooked has some nutritional merit are those who never experienced genuine health. Few are those who have been raw the best way long enough, so they ingratiate themselves with cooked dogma.
