Thanks.I 've had my 3.2 Carrera now for about 7 months.I have been on the highway a few times and always stay in 4th gear.For some reason i just can't get myself to shift into 5th thinking I might go into 3rd or if I do mak 5th when I downshift from 5th go into 2nd and burn the engine.I have this real mental wall I just cant seem to get over.

My car has a G50 transmission; if you have a 915 trans it's worth putting new shifter bushings on it. They make a big difference to the precision of the shifter and easier to get into the right gear.
