AuditionSEA - Couples 31 - Love You More and More

I haven't uploaded anything recently, sorry about that. Anyways the new mode AuditionSEA released on March 18th, 2009 is Couples 31.

This mode is almost like ordinary couples mode, but become different after the FM. When the game starts, it starts out at level 6, and in 8 moves (or 2 moves in each level), the FM appears (I lagged there, sorry). After the FM, the "Catch The 31" comes into play.

Here's the breakdown:

Perfect = +3 Points
Great = +2 Points
Cool = +1 Point
Bad = 0 Points

This part is a bit difficult to explain. Then the "Catch The 31" part begins, you will see a table on the top. Mostly likely when it first appears, it will be a red box. This red box means that it's the red team's turn to score points towards the 31. In the video. the male scored a Perfect and the female scored a Great. Since a Perfect is 3 points and a Great is 2 points, when added together it makes 5 points, which you then see on the table. After the red team moves and scores points, the box will turn blue, indicating that it's the blue team's turn to score points towards the 31. I scored a great and my partner scores a great as well, which adds to 4 points. The 4 points is then added to the table to make 9 points. Both teams share 1 number, which the big one you see that keeps adding up. This process is then repeated back to the red team to score points then the blue team until 1 team either gets exactly 31, or passes 31. When a team gets exactly 31 points, that team is rewarded with 50,000 game points which is 25,000 game points for you and your partner (I missed on purpose so my partner could get a cool to get exactly 31 XD) . If a team passes 31 however, then both teams fail and no one gets a reward. After when the "Catch the 31" part is over, the game then reverts to a couple mode-like game, until level 9 has passed. After Level 9 has passed, another "Catch The 31" part will come, and will start with the blue team since the table is blue. The blue team scores points towards 31, then the table turns red, which means the red team scores points, then blue, red, and so on.

If you miss during the "Catch The 31", you will be penalized. The penalty is just you not being able to score points towards the 31 for only 1 move. If you get a perfect when it's your team's turn, but you missed before that, the perfect will not be counted towards the 31, only towards your game score. If you don't miss after, then your later Perfects, Greats, and Cools will be counted towards the 31.
