haha they messed up my order and tell me well thats what you ordered when my order says different. also they are sold out of the flowers i got now but yet the bigger one i ordered isnt sold out? and somehow i went from 29.99 for my flowers to 24.99 and they charged me 9.99 for valentines day delivery 9.99 for shipping and then get this 2.69 gas surcharge..... does shipping not include gas? and on top of it all all the flowers were basicly matted and crushed

you should type pro flowers and encore marketing scam on to ur google ......
you will get 2 know the scams they have been pulling on the customers.....
pls be aware abt this and stop buying from pro flowers!!!!

Proflowers is an active participant in a scam and uses misleading advertising practices that end up charging your credit card a monthly ongoing charge .I recently ordered some flowers from Proflowers. A couple of months later I realized that I was being charged $14.95 a month from something called EasySaver. When I emailed Proflowers, I was told that I agreed to be signed up when I purchased the flowers. I really did not see this coming from what I thought was a legitimate business.

Proflowers has great quality but it's their customer service that rocks. Called and spoke to Jessie and he totally hooked me up for Mother's Day.
