There are way too many Christians believing that they can lose their salvation. Once we start believing this, then our whole walk with God becomes tainted by works, and not works of righteousness which we do because WE ARE SAVED.

We must begin to access what to do, and what not to do, or how much to pray, or how much to go to church. Works begins to take over because we don't want to lose our salvation.

We are no longer under Grace but under the law if we believe we can lose our salvation.

  • Amen sister!! I am with you :)

  • @faithfromfire It's always good to see another Believer know that salvation is in the hands of Jesus, not us.....no one would ever make it to heaven if it were left to us to live a perfect life.

    God bless,

will give that Believers Body over to Satan, so the Spirit will be saved....now, this doesn't sound like Believers can walk away. We are bought with a price,..we are not our own anymore, and if we try to walk away, God gives our body over to Satan, so our Spirit will be saved.....

It doesn't get any clearer then this.

  • @FormVoltron When Paul says we are not our own anymore that we are bought with a price, he doesn't mean we can walk away. If you didn't commit your life to Christ at the beginning, there is nothing to walk away from.

Judas was a devil from the beginning and not a saved disciple. Jesus said he was a devil and Judas never repented, so he was never saved.

Paul tells the Corinthians that some are commiting sexual sins with their Mother-Inlaws, and goes on to say that God.....

  • @Billthesheepdog Amen, those who refuse to believe in the only Gospel there is, have no hope because their hope is in their works, and we know how far works can get us.

    God bless you my friend,

    Linda

  • God will not take away anyone's salvation, but it is possible to leave the faith. Peter denied Jesus, out of fear. Jesus prayed for him and he was (Restored) denial of Jesus Christ is a denial of your faith, without faith you can't please God. We can not enter (salvation) without faith, deny your faith and your lost. Judas fell away, and he's lost. King Saul, is lost. Ananias and Sapphira, are lost and the list continues with all who walk away from God. Believe it or not.

  • Praise God! I find yet another true born again saint! So many here at YT are not born again at all but are lost under the doctrines of devils!

  • @BeantownJim Thank you and God bless you Brother.
