Bill Arnold was the IBA Area Engineer (Midlands) at the time of the closure of the Lichfield 405 line transmitter in 1985 and took film of it and the staff of the time. This third part starts with Crawley Court, the IBA's Engineering and Research Department (IBA then NTL now Aquiva) and ends with Bill's retirement in 1988, more at...
