Yes, the post office will cash a money order from the purchaser.

That's a good question. Will the US Postal Service cash or take back a money order that is made out to someone else? Maybe if one has the receipt possibly?

If I don't get tickets, how does the postal money order work being I made it out to you? Can I simply cash that myself?
