Iron Shirt-Wing Chun: street sparring practice

Unfortunately, not all Wing Chun lineages utilize free sparring in their training system. This has led to the popular mis-conception that no Wing Chun lines utilize free sparring, but actually this is not the case. Many Wing Chun lines utilize Chi Sao as well as Sparring. Both training methods will help propel the learning process. Thankfully, our lineage has taught us how to both spar & chi sao, and the main emphasis is placed on realistic self defense in realistic situations. We still see very much room for improvement in skill. We must accredit Mantak Chia's Iron Shirt Chi Kung as the internal side of our understanding. Mantak Chia's Healing Tao System has helped us correct the posture for improved structural alignment and breath control while absorbing strikes to the body. Now this is what I'm talkin' about! We need more wing chun guys like you showing this kind of stuff. I've trained with Mantak Chia in Thailand, Vienna, Paris and london and am studying his iron shirt qigong I and II as well as inner smile and fusion of 5 elements. The guy is a gigong god and his packing breath method is awesome. I still have a lot to learn and am encouraged by your usage and display of his teachings. Well played lads! Thanks for sharing :-)
