day 91 second juice feast.avi

omg, i can't believe i made it. day 91. tomorrow is my last day. on Tuesday i will break the fat with some plums i bought today. my juice feasting support group on facebook will remain, but i will refocus it to raw and juicing. s please join so we can all support one another.

I need to bow down to you. Bow. Bow. Seriously. I'm on day three of a five day liquid fast and I'm about to go koo-koo for cocoa puffs. Ugggghhhh! You are awesome! You really hit upon something about not completing things... I do that a lot too. Sooo... I'm gonna get through this 5 day fast. I'm gonna have one day off then try 8 days... I think . . .

hey :) congrats!! wow 92 days!! i agree, i think 30 days is a good number for a juice feast and it seems to me more achievable, even 20 days would be great and ill definately join you again next year for that :) it was a interesting journey and great fun at times!. now onto the next phase of journey! x
