@TheMessianicDrew There are a billion blogs (and apologists) out there 'answering' such objections, but I hardly think that makes them sufficient or persuasive. Virtually no scholar accepts the messianic arguments over 'prophecies' such as Is 53 or about the validity of human sacrifice, but somehow the messianic arguments persist. For me, the breaking point was when I realized that even among evangelicals, many central messianic apologetic arguments are utterly dismissed.

Interesting discussion. Assumes dicotomy, and argues within the assumptions to prove point. Like people living in two dimensions saying G_d lives in three dimensions, and intersection is impossible. OT G_d gives attributes of himself that relate to both realms and intersection of same.
