$3200 Shanghai China Tourist Scam Chase Visa Sapphire Fraud Xiandao Cafe - Part 5

I remind the manager of the Shanghai Xiandao Cafe AGAIN how they charged my Chase Sapphire Visa over $3200 US for drinks and food. First he tries to tell me that this is the normal price for a disco cafe in Shanghai, as if i am too dumb to know the difference! Just in case he didnt understand my English, i tell him i will write down how much they charged. He then quickly offers me anything at the bar for free (!?) I make it clear i only want my money back.
